Reach the editor
The guide is small. The editor reads everything. Send corrections, fresh notes, and first-hand updates from your trip β the guide gets better when travellers contribute.
Three things people write about
Mixed bag β most messages are one of three:
- Corrections β a price has changed, a beach route is closed for the season, a heritage detail you want to push back on. We treat every correction as an update task.
- First-hand notes β you've just come back from Diu and have specific, useful detail (a kitchen at Vanakbara, a sunset spot, a hidden lane). These often turn into paragraphs on the relevant page.
- Partnerships, press, syndication β clear in your subject line; we answer those last and don't take advertising-style placements.
How to write
- Subject clear, short, includes "Correction", "Note" or "Press"
- Page URL paste the page you're writing about
- Date of visit (if it's first-hand)
- Specific detail β not "Diwas nice", but "the Vanakbara kitchen 200 m past the harbour sells surmai at βΉ450"

What happens after you write
We reply within 7 days (usually sooner). Corrections go straight into the page and get a "last updated" bump. First-hand notes get a paragraph with contributor credit if you'd like one.
What we don't do
We don't do paid placements, sponsored reviews, or link-swaps for SEO. We don't list Diu's casinos β they don't exist. We don't publish AI photos that pass off as real photos; we publish AI photography that's clearly produced for editorial use.
